A NYC-based makeup artist, CEO of Brush Beauty and the creator of B3 - a skincare line that is dedicated to taking the guesswork out of what you're putting on your skin!

These all-natural, handmade products were born from Julia's frustration as a professional makeup artist. She wanted to use natural, organic skincare on her clients, but couldn't find any options that she could use in her kit, because none of them worked well under makeup.

After years of research, B3 was developed and has quickly become a favorite not only of top-tier makeup artists and industry tycoons, but everyone looking for skincare they can feel good about!

Director of Affiliate Programming

Originally from Houston, TX, where she first witnessed the transformative magic of white lipstick at the tender age of 5, Alice now happily resides smack dab in the center of New York City, the vetting ground of every American style icon.

In 2001, Alice packed four suitcases and made her way to Manhattan. During a stint working in the apparel design trenches, Alice realized all she really wanted to do was make a career of playing dress-up. So she quit, and began a long journey of creative and artistic exploration, wearing many hats along the way.

Alice found focus and a deep passion for Artistry Education and Artist Community Building during her tenure at a big corporate dream job. Presently she is finding her HMUA flow back in freelance and sharing all of her beauty industry learnings with you.

BELINDA SALAZAR

Education & Operations Manager

Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Belinda started her beauty career at the local location of a well-known color cosmetics company. While working diligently in retail, Belinda earned every coveted training opportunity the company had to offer, eventually being sourced to train other artists in her region.

However, even with all her achievements, Belinda truly desired to work in Fashion and Editorial. In 2020, after graduating from college with a BA marketing degree, Belinda followed her dreams to the Tristate area, despite the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Today, Belinda prides herself in her ability to both be creative and understand business goals, and currently lends her marketing savvy to support beauty businesses achieve their vision.

DEEPTI SHELADIA

Product Artisan

Like others on Team B3, Deepti is a freelance makeup artist based in the tri-state area. She is accomplished in many areas of artistry but has a real passion for running her own bridal makeup business.

At B3 Deepti puts her biochem degree to work, flexing her chemistry know-how in the lab, and ensuring that products are always ready and up to standard.

When she isn’t working, Deepti can be found tending to her vegetable garden, taking classes on new makeup techniques, or designing and constructing her own Indian attire.
