Are B3 products vegan?
Some of our products do contain beeswax. The following products from the B3 Balm line are NOT vegan, due to the presence of bee ingredients: Matte Lip Balm, Sheen Lip Balm, Peppermint Lip Balm, Lavender & Geranium Lip Balm, Body Balm, Rose Beauty Balm
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We recommend consulting your physician before using any products with essential oil
Why does my product look different from the last time I purchased it?
We use all natural raw ingredients and all products are made by hand in small batches. Our products do not contain any added scents, preservatives, deodorizers or colorants to enhance the product in any way. With natural, unadulterated products made in small batches, its completely normal that there will be slight variances in color or appearance. Rest assured that even with these slight differences the products themselves are not affected and are still just as effective and potent.
How long do your products last? What is the shelf life?
Because our products are truly all-natural we do not add any synthetic preservatives. Our products do have a shelf life of about 1 year. Shelf life can be best extended by storing our products away from sunlight and in a cool, dry place.

SHIPPING
Every single bottle of our body and facial products are hand blended, mixed or poured and personally filled by us to keep the quality of our products at a high level.
Orders will generally ship within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri) upon the order date.
We ship via standard USPS & UPS mail services. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, international orders are shipped USPS, UPS and DHL.
B3 Balm is not responsible for delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes your country may require.
International Orders
B3 Balm is proud to offer international shipping to many countries and at reasonable and reduced rates. However, international shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this, as every country sets its own customs charges for packages entering from international destinations. The customs charge seems to range from 5-100% of the value of your order, due upon delivery of your package. We do not provide refunds for customs charges, so be sure to research them before you place an international order.
RETURN POLICY
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if there if an issue so we may be of assistance.
Since our products are hand crafted and made in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with an item, please contact us at info@b3balm.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will try to rectify the issue.
AUTHORIZED RETAILER PURCHASE RETURN
If the products were not purchased directly through B3 Balm, we are not able to process a return.
